Memberships are automatically renewed and charged every month (every 30 days for PayPay payments), 180 days, 360 days, etc. depending on each tier/payment method. Once you are a member, you cannot change your payment method. You must complete enrollment and cancellation yourself, as Moi cannot act on your behalf.
If you violate the Terms of Service, your Membership may be forcibly canceled.
Canceling during the Membership period will not end it immediately. It will end at the next renewal. Please note that no refunds are available for this period.
If the automatic renewal Payment fails for any reason, you must complete the Payment within 72 hours or your Membership will be canceled automatically.
No refunds or cancellations are available if your Account is restricted, or if the Membership Owner's Account is restricted and the Membership is not disbanded, even if you cannot receive the Membership Perks.
If the Owner disbands the Membership, you will generally leave the Membership automatically at the next renewal.
Moi does not guarantee the fulfillment of any Membership Perks or members-only streams offered by the Owner. We cannot answer inquiries about them, so please read the Perks carefully and make sure you understand them before joining.
In principle, joining a higher Tier includes the Perks of all lower Tiers. (Please read each Membership page for Details.)
When you change to a higher Tier, the change takes effect immediately and a new Membership period begins for that Tier. Fees for the unused period of your previous Tier are eligible for a prorated refund.
When you change to a lower Tier, the change takes effect when your current Tier ends or renews.
